Suggested Regular Maintenance for your Yanmar Tractors
Yanmar tractors are manufactured to run well for years and you can help them reach their full potential by staying on top of your tractor's suggested maintenance. Below is a list of the general service milestones you want to have on your calendar, but you will want to refer to the suggested maintenance for your specific tractor model.
- Engine Oil: Replace after the first 50 hours, then every 200 hours.
- Engine Oil Filter: Replace after the first 50 hours, then every 200 hours.
- Fuel/Water Separator: Drain every 50 hours, replace 100 hours or if necessary.
- Fuel Filter: Replace every 500 hours, or if necessary.
- External Air Introduction Filter: Clean every 100 hours, replace every 300 hours.
- Internal Air Introduction Filter: Clean every 200 hours, replace every 600 hours.
- Transmission Filter: Replace after the first 50 hours, then every 300 hours.
- Front Axle Gear Oil: Check every 50 hours, replace every 500 hours.
- Coolant: Replace every two years or 1,000 hours.
- Radiator Hoses, Air Intake Hoses, Hydraulic Hoses: Replace every two years.
- Power Steering Line, Fuel Lines: Replace every two years.
